Best Places for Check–in during Your Trip to Bao Loc

If you are engrossed with travel and admiration of landscapes throughout the country, you should definitely give Bao Loc a try. It promises to provide you with unforgettable experiences.

Tam Chau Tea Hill

Being named as the Tea City, Bao Loc is home to the largest tea growing area in Lam Dong and the largest tea plantation in the Central Highlands and the South at the same time. The brand B'lao tea (old name of Bao Loc) has long been familiar to those who are engrossed with tea. Unlike the tea in the northern region that features the bitterness, B'lao tea is freshly sweet and fragrant. Therefore, you definitely enjoy it even when you are not a tea lover.

Although Tam Chau Tea Plantations is not as old as that of Cau Dat, Da Lat, it is still powerful enough to fascinate visitors. To fully enjoy the scenery of the tea plantation, you should wake up in the early morning, and get there when it is still foggy to watch drops of dew falling on the leaves, sauntering along the lake sides, and sip a hot cup of tea on your hands.

Dam B'ri Waterfall

Featuring 57 meters high, 30 meters wide, 18 kilometers from the center of Bao Loc city, Dam B'ri  Waterfall is the highest and most majestic waterfall in Lam Dong. From this height, the water poured down creates white foam and gentle fog. Therefore, tourists have a chance to greet the stunning rainbow right at their feet during sunny days.

Nestling at the foot of the waterfall is a small and “green – all – year – round” bridge. Thus, it accidentally contributes to “engraving” the romantic and ancient appearance of the waterfall. Additionally, you definitely admire blooming pink flowers when visiting Dam B'ri at the end of October and at the beginning of November. How amazing!

Nam Phuong Lake

Less than 2 kilometers from the center of Bao Loc city, Nam Phuong Lake is a popular destination for picnicking, relaxing, and admiring the romantic scenery of local residents. Spreading across an area of approximately 100 hectares, Nam Phuong Lake is divided into two parts, namely Nam Phuong I and Nam Phuong II, separated by a 150 meters – long dam.

Featuring the airy space and fresh atmosphere, Nam Phuong Lake is surrounded by lush green grass, mountains blurring mists and clouds in the early morning from a further distance. They are all extremely simple and rustic but make the time fly slower.
